Parenting could not be more difficult right now, and sometimes you just need someone to brainstorm with, bounce ideas off of, and commiserate with. Someone who can give you expert guidance that is based in the current evidence on child development. Someone who completely understands the challenges of parenting today, because they have also been in the trenches. Someone who can listen to your worries and struggles and help you to create an action plan that will best support your child’s social and emotional development. Someone with a strong intuitive connection who can help you better understand your relationship with your child.

You can tell me about your current parenting struggles, and I will offer you my intuitive guidance and advice from my research-informed, play-based, attachment-theory focused perspective. I ground myself in polyvagal theory and can help you co-regulate your nervous system!

I have over ten years of experience in providing mental health treatment to children. I currently teach the Human Growth and Development course to master’s students at Regis, and all of the play therapy courses too, as the Director of the Regis Center for Play Therapy. But my five-year-old and eight-year-old have probably taught me the most!

We live in an age of too much information about parenting! It’s completely overwhelming and crazy-making! Let me help you sort through it all.
